<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-44 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING TRACT 5775, REGIS HOMES CORPORATION <br />WHEREAS, Regis Homes has applied to subdivide an <br />acre site into four parcels, ranging in <br />approximately 3.5 acres to approximately <br />into 520 residential condominium units, <br />northeast corner of the intersection of <br />and Stoneridge Mall Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned <br />Development) - High Density Residential <br />approximately 20 <br />size from <br />~ 6.9 acres, and <br />located at the <br />Stoneridge Drive <br />Unit <br />District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 22, 1987 <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, a Negative Declaration was prepared for the PUD rezoning <br />and development plan approval for the subject property. <br />The tentative map is in conformance with the conditions <br />of that development plan and subdivision of the property <br />was included within the scope of that Negative <br />Declaration. Therefore, no environmental document <br />accompanied this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found that the proposed <br />tentative map to be in conformance with the General Plan <br />of the City of Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Tract 5775 the application of Regis Homes <br />Corporation to subdivide an approximately 20 acre site <br />into four parcels, ranging in size from approximately <br />3.5 acres to approximately 6.9 acres, and into 520 <br />residential condominium units, located at the northeast <br />corner of the intersection of Stoneridge Drive and <br />Stoneridge Mall Road subject to the following <br />conditions: <br />That the development shall substantially conform to <br />the street and lot pattern shown on the exhibit, <br />Tentative Tract 5775, on file with the Planning <br />Department, except: <br />a. Prior to recordation of the final map for the <br />project the developer shall make minor <br />revisions to lot line configurations so that <br />- 1 - <br />
