PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-87-47 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-87-2, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the Board of Adjustment has applied to amend Section <br />18.116.010 of the Municipal Code of the City of <br />Pleasanton to allow subdivision sales offices closer <br />than 200 feet from any existing dwelling outside the <br />subdivision; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 22, 1987, <br />the Planning Commission considered all relevant <br />exhibits, public testimony, and recommendations of the <br />CIty staff concerning this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends adoption of the draft ordinance, copy <br />attached hereto, amending Section 18.116.010 of the <br />Municipal Code of the City of Pleasanton to allow <br />subdivision sales offices closer than 200 feet from any <br />existing dwelling outside the subdivision. <br />Section 2.
