That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of zoning ordinance. <br />As conditioned, the proposed use will comply with all <br />provisions and requirements of the zoning ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-87-53, application of Huntington <br />Learning Center for a conditional use permit to <br />establish a learning/tutoring center at 5800 Stoneridge <br />Mall Road subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the proposed use be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan and related exhibits on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the use shall be limited to a maximum of <br />twelve students, six part-time instructors, and two <br />full-time instructors during business hours. After <br />4:o0pm, all occupancy limitations are void. <br />3. That the applicant provide bicycle racks for proper <br />storage of all bicycles of a type, number and a <br />location satisfactory to the Planning Director. <br />4. That the applicant apply for and receive all <br />applicable City permits for the use prior to <br />commencement of the use. <br />Section 2.
