That the proposed conditional use will comply with <br />each of the applicable provisions of zoning ordinance. <br />As conditioned, the proposed use will comply with all <br />provisions and requirements of the zoning ordinance. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section <br />1. Approves Case UP-87-60, application of Southwest <br />Realty Co. Security Pacific Bank for a use permit to <br />establish a bank facility consisting of the installation <br />of an automatic teller machine to be located at 4626 <br />Willow Road subject to the following conditions: <br />1. That the proposed use be substantially as shown on <br />the site plan and related exhibits on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That the applicant shall obtain the necessary <br />permits from the Building Department prior to <br />construction. <br />Section 2.
