The proposed use will comply with all applicable sections of Municipal Code Chapter 18.124 regarding conditional uses; and WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from the requirements of the California Environmental Quality Act (CEQA); and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed use, as conditioned below, is appropriate for the site and would be a desirable addition to the range of businesses at Valley Plaza. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-1, application of the City and County Employees' Credit Union for a conditional use permit to establish a credit union branch office to be located at 1807-C Santa Rita Road subject to the following conditions: 1. That the proposed use shall conform substantially to the site plan, elevations, and related materials, Exhibit A (dated February 1, 1988) on file with the Planning Department. 2. That if, at any time in the future, the presence of the branch office interferes with the parking, circulation, or operation of adjacent businesses, the Planning Commission may review the subject use permit and, if necessary, revoke it or attach additional conditions of operation. 3. That the applicant shall obtain all applicable City permits for the branch office prior to occupancy. 4. That approval of this application shall be contingent upon the approval of Case Z-88-12 by the Design Review Board. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after its passage and adoption.
