The proposed use will comply with all applicable <br />sections of Municipal Code Chapter 18.124 regarding <br />conditional uses; and <br />WHEREAS, projects of this nature are categorically exempt from <br />the requirements of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act (CEQA); and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposed use, as <br />conditioned below, is appropriate for the site and would <br />be a desirable addition to the range of businesses at <br />Valley Plaza. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves Case UP-88-1, application of the City and <br />County Employees' Credit Union for a conditional use <br />permit to establish a credit union branch office to be <br />located at 1807-C Santa Rita Road subject to the <br />following conditions: <br />1. That the proposed use shall conform substantially to <br />the site plan, elevations, and related materials, <br />Exhibit A (dated February 1, 1988) on file with the <br />Planning Department. <br />2. That if, at any time in the future, the presence of <br />the branch office interferes with the parking, <br />circulation, or operation of adjacent businesses, <br />the Planning Commission may review the subject use <br />permit and, if necessary, revoke it or attach <br />additional conditions of operation. <br />3. That the applicant shall obtain all applicable City <br />permits for the branch office prior to occupancy. <br />4. That approval of this application shall be <br />contingent upon the approval of Case Z-88-12 by the <br />Design Review Board. <br />Section 2.
