PC-88-18 2/24/88 requests for modifications to the development plan are subject to prior City approval. That the developer shall submit a final plan showing the meandering pedestrian pathway and corresponding landscape plan to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to the securing of a building permit, that this plan shall increase the width of the landscape/pathway area where possible byond that shown on the site plan on file with the Planning Department, and that construction of the landscape/pathway area shall be constructed in its entirety with the first phase development of this project site. 5. That the comprehensive sign program for the complex shall conform to the criteria as shown on the plans and elevations on file with the Planning Department except that the Type "A" Major Tenant Sign category shall be limited to one sign per building, that all signs shall be consistent with the approved Koll Center Design Guidelines, and that all sign compositions and locations shall be submitted to the Planning Director for review and approval prior to securing a building permit and installation. 6. The applicant shall revise the two proposed driveways to provide two egress and one ingress lanes. 7. The applicant shall submit reproducible mylar maps/site plans as required to the satisfaction of the City Engineer and Fire Chief for base mapping purposes. 8. That this development shall be subject to all Standard Conditions of development attached hereto and made part of this case by reference, except Conditions 7, 12, 29, 46, and 54. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
