CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-189 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING REVISED CITY STANDARD DETAILS FOR <br /> PUBLIC WORKS <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Pleasanton Municipal Code provides for the Director <br /> of Public Works to establish Standard Details as may be <br /> deemed necessary or the proper construction, use, and <br /> maintenance within the public right-of-way; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Standard Details were last revised in 1975 with only <br /> minor modifications since; <br /> <br />WHEREAS, major revisions to the Standard Details are presented <br /> for Council review and it is appropriate to adopt the <br /> new Standard Details; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council approves the Standard Details, a copy of <br /> which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference, and authorizes the Director of Public Works <br /> to make modifications to the Standard Details as <br /> required to keep the Details current with standard <br /> construction practices. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 5, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None ~~j~// <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> MA <br /> KENNETH R.'MERC~R, YOR <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />P~t~Y '.' ~acDonald, C~c~'~tto~ey D <br /> <br /> <br />
