CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-188 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING THE MASTER PLAN FOR MISSION HILLS <br /> PARK, PHASE II, PROJECT NO. 86-42 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on November 18, 1986, Council approved the consultant <br /> agreement with MPA Design for the master planning of the <br /> remaining 4.5 acres of the 7.3 acre Mission Hills Park; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, public hearings have been held to obtain comments and <br /> suggestions by neighboring residents and the Park and <br /> Recreation Commission has approved the Master Plan which <br /> incorporates those suggestions; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 5, 1987, Council reviewed the <br /> report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br /> (SR87:192) regarding this project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Master Plan for Mission Hills Park, <br /> Phase II, Project No.86-42. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 5, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None NE/H~R.~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KE <br /> <br />Pater D. ~acDon~d,' ~ity Attorney <br /> <br /> <br />
