PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-29 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL CASE RZ-88-3, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to prezone an <br />approximately 6.7 acre site located on the north side of <br />Vineyard Avenue approximately 450 feet east of the <br />intersection of E1 Capitan Drive and Vineyard Avenue to <br />the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Medium Density <br />Residential District or to any other district consistent <br />with the General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of March 9, 1988, the Planning Commission <br />recommended approval of a proposed negative declaration <br />for Case RZ-88-3 after considering all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Medium Density Residential District to be <br />consistent with the General Plan of the City of <br />Pleasanton. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1: Recommends prezoning the two parcels (Harris/Porter <br />properties) totalling approximately 6.7 acres on the <br />north side of Vineyard Avenue approximately 450 feet <br />east of the intersection of E1 Capitan Drive and <br />Vineyard Avenue to the PUD (Planned Unit Development) - <br />Medium Density Residential District subject to the <br />following condition: <br />That the maximum development potential is three units <br />per acre. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
