PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-33`' <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING PRIORITIES FOR THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON'S CAPITAL IMPROVEMENT PROJECTS FOR 1988-89 <br />AND 1990-1991 <br />WHEREAS, at their duly notice public hearing of March 9, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission found the projects proposed for <br />the City of Pleasanton Capital Improvement Program for <br />1988-89 and 1990-1991 to be in conformance -with the <br />City's General Plan; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 23, 1988, <br />after reviewing the proposals in the three year plan, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City <br />staff. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends the Capital Improvement Program as <br />proposed be adopted with emphasis to the following: <br />1. Traffic signal and channelization at Amador High <br />School on Santa Rita Road. <br />2. Realignment of Ray and St. John Streets. <br />3. Reconstruction of streets in the older parts of <br />Pleasanton. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 23RD DAY OF MARCH 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />- 1 - <br />
