<br />PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-35 <br />RESOLUTION CERTIFYING THE EIR PREPARED FOR CASE <br />PUD-86-17 APPLICATION OF PRESLEY HOMES OF NORTHERN <br />CALIFORNIA °°- <br />WHEREAS, Presley Homes has applied for development plan approval <br />for a 239-unit single-family development to be located <br />on an approximately 270-acre site located on the west <br />side of Foothill Road in the area generally north and <br />west of its intersection with Stoneridge Drive; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Low Density Residential District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 23, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the initial study prepared for this project determined <br />that an EIR was required. A Draft and Final EIR were <br />prepared and previously distributed to the Planning <br />Commission. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Certifies that the Commissioners have read and <br />considered the information in the Environmental Impact <br />Report prepared for this project. <br />Section 2. Finds that the Draft and Final Environmental Impact <br />Report prepared for Case PUD-86-17 was completed in <br />compliance with the California Environmental Quality <br />Act. <br />Section 3. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />- 1 - <br />
