CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-187 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> MEADOWS PARK TO BE CONSTRUCTED BY KAUFMAN AND BROAD <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 87:191), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for Meadows Park, <br /> to be constructed by Kaufman and Broad in conjunction <br /> with the "California Place" development, and that said <br /> plans have been reviewed by staff and the Park and <br /> Recreation Commission; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 5, 1987, the City Council reviewed <br /> the report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br /> relating to the project; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for Meadows <br /> Park. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 5, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> es R. ~afker, City Clerk <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br />A~_~T~i AS TO FORM: <br />Pee[fbl M~cD6na' ,' Tt~ 'A~t~f ey <br /> <br /> <br />
