East Elevation <br />Vineyard Avenue Elevation Vine Street Elevation <br />Except for the Below Market Rate (BMR) unit, each of the nine units has a garage for two cars, <br />a living room, family room, dining room, and a kitchen on the first floor, and afour-bedroom <br />living area on the second floor. The unit size ranges from 2,311 square feet to 2,584 square feet. <br />The BMR unit is approximately 1,044 square foot in size. It has akitchen, afamily/dining <br />room, and aone-car garage on the first floor and atwo-bedroom living area on the second floor. <br />On-site landscaping would be installed as part of the development.
