As such, we are <br />genuinely concerned about the added density this rezoning would create. It so <br />happens that, at present, there is not enough off-street parking to accommodate <br />the number of vehicles generated by the existing resident population. The <br />interest of existing residents should be taken into consideration over the <br />development interest of some profit seekers who could care less about the <br />quality of the neighborhood once their project is completed. We urge you to <br />consider <br />the impact this project will have on the neighborhood and deny the rezoning. <br />Thank you, Elaine and Wayne Ove <br />
