The 225-square- foot <br />addition will bring the total floor area to 1,536 square feet. The lot size is <br />6, 410 square feet. The existing floor area ratio is 20.45 percent, and the additions <br />will increase the floor area ratio to 23.96 percent. <br />PADR-1842, John Vifian <br />Application for administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />12-foot tall, 144-square-foot gazebo in the rear yard of the existing residence located at <br />4074 Nevis Street. <br />Approved. <br />Additional Project Information: <br />The existing floor area of the residence is 1, 800 square feet. The 144-square- foot <br />gazebo will bring the total floor area to 1,944 square feet. The lot size is <br />9, 769 square feet. The existing floor area ratio is 18.4 percent, and the additions <br />will increase the floor area ratio to 19.8 percent. <br />PADR-1843, Brent and Jaime Whalley <br />Application for administrative design review approval to install an approximately <br />three-foot by four-foot second-story window on the east (left) elevation of the existing <br />residence located at 2517 Skylark Way. <br />Approved. <br />
