CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-185 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> KOTTINGER PARK IMPROVEMENTS, PROJECT NO. 87-08, AND <br /> AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 87:189), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for construction <br /> of Kottinger Park improvements, Project No. 87-08, and <br /> that said plans have been reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 5, 1987, the City Council reviewed <br /> the report of the Director of Public Works and Utilities <br /> relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Kottinger Park improvements, Project No. 87-08. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 5, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ~NT~HR.
