PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-32 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-80-2-1OD, APPLICATION OF BERNAL AVENUE ASSOCIATES WHEREAS, Bernal Avenue Associates has applied for design review approval to construct an approximately 18,000 sq. ft. office/light industrial building to be built on an approximately 4.68 acre site located at 7188 Koll Center Parkway; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Industrial/Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of March 9, 1988, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff; and WHEREAS, an Environmental Impact Report was prepared for the rezoning and development plan approval for the business park complex in which this project is located. A project of this nature was included in the scope of that EIR. Therefore, no environmental document accompanies this application. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of Case PUD-80-2-1D, application of Bernal Avenue Associates for design review approval to construct a one-story, approximately 18,000 sq. ft. office building to be located on an approximately 4.7 acre site located on the west side of Valley Avenue between Koll Center Parkway and the Arroyo del Valle subject to the conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption. PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ON THE 9TH DAY OF MARCH 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: AYES: Commissioners Hoyt, Mahern, Michelotti, Tarver, and Chairman Lindsey NOES: None ABSENT: Commissioner Berger ABSTAIN: None - 1 -
