CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-183 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION DIRECTING FILING OF ANNUAL REPORT <br /> LANDSCAPE ASSESSMENT DISTRICT NO. 1984-1 <br /> (Pursuant to the Landscaping and Lighting Act of 1972) <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Joseph Elliott, City Engineer, the person <br /> designated by this Council as the Engineer of Work for <br /> Landscape Assessment District No. 1984-1, is hereby <br /> directed to file an annual report in accordance with <br /> the provisions of the Landscaping and Lighting Act of <br /> 1972. <br /> <br /> Section 2: This resolution is adopted pursuant to Section <br /> 22622 of the Streets and Highways Code. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 5, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and <br /> Mayor Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> <br /> K~N[~H ~.
