PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-38 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE RZ-88-4, <br />APPLICATION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />WHEREAS, the City of Pleasanton has applied to amend the <br />Municipal Code to allow the placement of real estate <br />open house directional signs within a public <br />right-of-way, subject to certain restrictions; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 15, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the subject amendments to the Municipal Code are <br />considered as minor alterations to land use <br />implementation mechanisms, which are exempt from the <br />requirements of the California Environmental Quality <br />Act. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends adoption of the draft resolution "Exhibit <br />A" attached hereto and made part this case by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF APRIL 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 27, 1988 <br />ATTEST: <br />- 1 - <br />
