PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-40 <br />RESOLUTION APPROVING FINAL ALIGNMENT AND CROSS SECTION <br />FOR FOOTHILL ROAD FRONTAGE ON GOLDEN EAGLE FARMS PROJECT <br />PUD-85-15-1D <br />WHEREAS, the final PUD approval for the first phase of the Golden <br />Eagle Farms project (covering all of the area easterly <br />of Foothill Road) included a condition that the final <br />alignment and cross section of Foothill Road along the <br />project frontage be reviewed and approved by your <br />Commission prior to approval of the final map for this <br />phase of the project. Considerable work has been <br />undertaken since the final PUD at both tentative and <br />final map stages to arrive at a final alignment plan for <br />Foothill Road which meets your Commission's requirements <br />for this roadway. The developers of the Golden Eagle <br />Farms project are submitting the final plan for the <br />review of the Commission at this time; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of April 15, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CZTY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Approves the final alignment plan as indicated on the <br />"Foothill Road Realignment" exhibit. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective 15 days after <br />its passage and adoption unless appealed prior to that <br />time. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 27TH DAY OF APRIL 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: April 27, 1988 <br />- 1 - <br /> <br />
