PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br />RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-43 <br />RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-86-18-1M, <br />APPLICATION OF OAKRIDGE PROPERTIES <br />WHEREAS, Oakridge Properties has applied for a major modification <br />to an approved retail commercial center to allow <br />architectural and site plan changes for a restaurant to <br />be located at 3170 Santa Rita Road; and <br />WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit <br />Development) - Commercial and Offices District; and <br />WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May il, 1988, <br />the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, <br />relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff <br />concerning this application; and <br />WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed modifications <br />are minor in nature and were anticipated within the <br />scope of the previous environmental document (negative <br />declaration) approved for the overall project <br />devleopment. No additional environmental documentation <br />was done for this project. <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br />Section 1. Recommends approval of PUD-86-18-1M, application of <br />Oakridge Properties for a major modification to an <br />approved retail commercial center to allow architectural <br />and site plan changes for a restaurant to be located at <br />3170 Santa Rita Road subject to the Conditions shown on <br />Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case <br />by reference. <br />Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately <br />upon its passage and adoption. <br />PASSED AND ADOPTED BY THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON ON THE 11TH DAY OF MAY 1988 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br />AYES: Commissioners Berger, Hoyt, Michelotti, Tarver, and <br />Chairman Lindsey <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br />DATE: May 11, 1988 <br />- 1 - <br />
