PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-43 RESOLUTION RECOMMENDING APPROVAL OF CASE PUD-86-18-1M, APPLICATION OF OAKRIDGE PROPERTIES WHEREAS, Oakridge Properties has applied for a major modification to an approved retail commercial center to allow architectural and site plan changes for a restaurant to be located at 3170 Santa Rita Road; and WHEREAS, zoning for the property is PUD (Planned Unit Development) - Commercial and Offices District; and WHEREAS, at their duly noticed public hearing of May il, 1988, the Planning Commission considered all public testimony, relevant exhibits, and recommendations of the City staff concerning this application; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission found the proposed modifications are minor in nature and were anticipated within the scope of the previous environmental document (negative declaration) approved for the overall project devleopment. No additional environmental documentation was done for this project. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of PUD-86-18-1M, application of Oakridge Properties for a major modification to an approved retail commercial center to allow architectural and site plan changes for a restaurant to be located at 3170 Santa Rita Road subject to the Conditions shown on Exhibit "A" attached hereto and made part of this case by reference. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
