The westerly driveway on Boulder Street shall be <br />limited to inbound tra fic, and the easterly <br />driveway on Boulder Str et shall be limited to <br />outbound traffic; signage to this effect shall be <br />submitted to the Planning Director for review and <br />approval prior to the co encement of the use. <br />
