PLANNING COMMISSION CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY,M CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. PC-88-59 WHEREAS, Public Storage, Inc. has applied for development plan approval to construct a three-building, approximately 25,780 sq. ft. warehouse complex to be located on an approximately 1.2 acre site located at the northwest corner of the intersection of Stanley Boulevard and Valley Avenue; and WHEREAS, at its meeting of May 25, 1988, the Planning Commission received a proposed negative declaration for Case PUD-88-1; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated May 25, 1988 and received the recommendations of the staff; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held May 25, 1988 at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposal; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the Planning Commission finds that the proposal would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment. NOW, THEREFORE, THE PLANNING COMMISSION OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1. Recommends approval of the Negative Declaration prepared for Case PUD-88-1, application of Public Storage as herein described. Section 2. This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
