CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-178 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF EUGENE AND GLORIA FOSTER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 21, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of Eugene and Gloria Foster for <br /> damages to their vehicle incurred on April 2, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on May 5, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim and <br /> determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim of Eugene and Gloria Foster is hereby <br /> denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 5, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~/_~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> ~EN~qE~H R.
