CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-175 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF TRANSFER OF OPTION ON SCHOOL PROPERTY TO <br /> CITY OF PLEASANTON PUBLIC FACILITIES CORPORATION <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the transfer, upon <br /> acceptance by the City of Pleasanton Public Facilities <br /> Corporation, of the option to purchase the property <br /> described on the attached Exhibit "A", generally known <br /> as 123 Main Street. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to send a copy of this <br /> staff report and related resolution to the school <br /> district to notify the agency of this assignment. <br /> <br />Section 3: Amends the existing City agreement with the City of <br /> Pleasanton Public Facilities Corporation to permit the <br /> purchase of 123 Main street and other property needed <br /> for municipal purposes. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED MAY 5, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None ~~ <br />ATTEST: <br /> K~NMETH;R.
