CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-172 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR <br /> DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 20-UNIT RESIDENTIAL <br /> PROJECT ON TWO ACRES LOCATED AT 3745 VINEYARD AVENUE <br /> (PUD-86-19) AND FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A <br /> 40-UNIT RESIDENTIAL PROJECT ON APPROXIMATELY 3.7 ACRES <br /> LOCATED AT 3759 VINEYARD AVENUE (PUD-86-20) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 21, 1987, the City Council <br /> received a proposed negative declaration for development <br /> plan approval for a 20-unit residential project to be <br /> located on an approximately two acre site located at <br /> 3745 Vineyard Avenue (PUD-86-19) and for development <br /> plan approval for a 40-unit residential project on <br /> approximately 3.7 acres located at 3759 Vineyard Avenue <br /> (PUD-86-20); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial <br /> Study dated December 16, 1986 and received the <br /> recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the <br /> public was given the opportunity to comment on the <br /> environmental impacts of the proposed development plans; <br /> and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in <br /> accordance with the applicable state and local <br /> guidelines governing the preparation of Negative <br /> Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development <br /> plans would not have any significant adverse effects on <br /> the environment: <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for development <br /> plan approval for a 20-unit residential project to be <br /> located on an approximately two acre site located at <br /> 3745 Vineyard Avenue (PUD-86-19) and for development <br /> plan approval for a 40-unit residential project to be <br /> located on an approximtely 3.7 acre site located at 3759 <br /> Vineyard Avenue (PUD-86-20). <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
