CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-171 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 111 UNIT SINGLE FAMILY RESIDENTIAL DEVELOPMENT ON APPROXIMATELY 13.4 ACRES LOCATED IN THE AREA BOUNDED BY PASEO SANTA CRUZ, VIA DE LOS CERROS AND CAMINO SEGURA (PUD-86-12) WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 21, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of Ponderosa Industries, Inc. for development plan approval for a lll-unit single-family residential development to be located on an approximately 13.4 acre site located in the area bounded by Paseo Santa Cruz, Via de los Cerros and Camino Segura (PUD-86-12); and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated July 13, 1986 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for development plan approval for a lll-unit single-family residential development to be located on an approximately 13.4 acre site located in the area bounded by Paseo Santa Cruz, Via de los Cerros and Camino Segura (PUD-86-12). Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and adoption.
