CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA RESOLUTION NO. 87-170 RESOLUTION APPROVING A NEGATIVE DECLARATION FOR DEVELOPMENT PLAN APPROVAL FOR A 264 UNIT RESIDENTIAL CONDOMINIUM COMPLEX ON APPROXIMATELY 23 ACRES LOCATED ON THE NORTH SIDE OF OLD DUBLIN CANYON ROAD APPROXIMATELY 4,800 FT. WEST OF FOOTHILL ROAD (PUD-87-4) WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 21, 1987, the City Council received a proposed negative declaration for the application of John Ferreri and Duncan Matteson for development plan approval for a 264 unit residential condominium complex to be located on an approximately 23 acre site located on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road, approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road; and WHEREAS, the City Council has received and reviewed the Initial Study dated March 13, 1987 and received the recommendations of the staff and Planning Commission; and WHEREAS, a duly noticed public hearing was held at which time the public was given the opportunity to comment on the environmental impacts of the proposed development plan; and WHEREAS, the City Council has reviewed the potential impacts in accordance with the applicable state and local guidelines governing the preparation of Negative Declarations and Environmental Impact Reports; and WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the proposed development plan would not have any significant adverse effects on the environment: NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: Section 1: Approves the Negative Declaration for development plan approval for a 264 unit residential condominium complex to be located on an approximately 23 acre site located on the north side of Old Dublin Canyon Road, approximately 4,800 feet west of the intersection of Foothill Road and Old Dublin Canyon Road.
