b. The entire language from PUD Condition No. 30, regarding raptor nests, <br />shall be included. <br />Said modifications shall be incorporated into a final edition of the Open Space <br />Management and Wildland Fire Protection Plan which shall be subject to the <br />review and approval by the Planning Director. <br />21. The installation, care, and maintenance of the vineyards shall be in accordance <br />with the "Integrated Pest Management Program" prepared by Michael A. <br />Gatzman of Gatzman Consulting Services. <br />22. The building plans shall be modified to indicate that the copper material shall be <br />sealed/lined on the cupola and dormer roofs and on the gutters and downspouts. <br />23. A sample of the roof the material and color shall be submitted for the review and <br />approval by the Planning Director prior to installation. <br />24. The approved building colors and materials shall be indicated on the final <br />building permit plans. The applicants shall reduce the visibility of the retaining walls facing the Roberts <br />residence, 1666 Frog Hill Lane, by lightening the retaining wall color and/or <br />adding additional landscaping in front of the retaining walls. The final retaining <br />wall color and landscape treatment in front of the retaining walls shall be subject <br />to Planning Director review and approval prior to issuance of a building permit. <br />27. The posts of the Conlin deer fence shall be painted forest green to match the <br />color on the existing Conlin deer fence between this property and the adjacent <br />Bordeaux Country Estates subdivision. <br />28. All exterior lighting shall be directed downward and designed <br />shine on neighboring properties. The applicants shall submit <br />the building permit plan set and include drawings and/c <br />specification sheets showing the size and types light fixtures <br />site and exterior of the structures.
