Using the same example: <br /> <br /> 3 acres x $58,933.70 per acre = $176,801.00 <br /> <br /> We prefer the more simple formula of simply <br />multiplying the number of acres sold/unconstructed by the per <br />acre assessment levied, rather than deal with pro rata language <br />which seems to overly complicate the calculation. <br /> <br /> We have also provided you with an alternative page <br />5 with the amount of the assessments which would have been <br />levied, item 3(a), left blank in the event that Sam Zullo <br />recalculated this amount based upon the ultimate number of <br />assessable acres levied upon. <br /> <br /> If you have any questions regarding these revisions, <br />please give me a call.
