Sang Lee <br />Application for administrative design review approval to construct two second-floor <br />decks measuring approximately 100 square feet and 175 square feet to be located at <br />the rear (southern) elevation of the approved custom home (PDR-550) to be <br />constructed at 2315 Westbridge Lane. <br />Approved. <br />PADR-1835, Dave Avres, Hereld &Avres Architects, for Christopher and Heather <br />Walsh <br />Application for administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />834-square-foot first- and second-floor additions at the existing residence located at <br />3280 Cheryl Way. <br />Approved. <br />Additional Project Information: <br />The existing floor area of the residence is 2, 027 square feet. The 834-square- foot <br />additions will bring the total floor area to 2, 861 square feet. The lot size is <br />8, 463 square feet. The existing floor area ratio is 23.9 percent, and the additions <br />will increase the floor area ratio to 33.8 percent. <br />PADR-1838, Morris Dale Carey III <br />Application for administrative design review approval to construct an approximately <br />300-square-foot first-floor addition at the southwest side of the existing residence <br />located at 4426 Linda Way. <br />Approved. <br />Additional Project Information: <br />The existing floor area of the residence is 1, 839 square feet. The 300-square- foot <br />additions will bring the total floor area to 2,139 square feet. The lot size is <br />8, 913 square feet. The existing floor area ratio is 21 percent, and the additions will <br />increase the floor area ratio to 24 percent. <br />
