CITY COUNCIL OF.THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-165 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING PLANS AND SPECIFICATIONS FOR <br /> STONERIDGE DRIVE CONNECTION FROM WEST LAS POSITAS <br /> BOULEVARD, AND AUTHORIZING CALLING FOR BIDS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the Director of Public Works and Utilities, by his <br /> report (SR 87:179), advised the City Council that plans <br /> and specifications had been completed for the NPID <br /> project of connection stoneridge Drive from West Las <br /> Positas Boulevard, and that said plans have been <br /> reviewed by staff; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 21, 1987, the City Council <br /> reviewed the report of the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities relating to the project; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: Approves the plans and specifications for the <br /> Stoneridge Drive connection from West Las Positas <br /> Boulevard (NPID). <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the calling of bids for the above project. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None ' NN/ETH R~ <br /> ames R.
