Approve regular meeting minutes of March 4, 2008 <br />2. Pursuant to Memorandum of Understanding between City and IAFF Local 1974 adopt <br />a Resolution of Intention to approve an amendment to the contract with California <br />Public Employees Retirement System to provide Section 21548 Pre-Retirement <br />Option 2W Death Benefit for Local Fire members and introduction of related ordinance <br />Fire <br />3. Adopt a resolution declaring that weeds, dirt, rubbish, and refuse upon or in front of <br />certain described properties within the City constitute public nuisances and that they <br />be abated and set April 15, 2008 as the public hearing date <br />Parks and Community Services <br />4. Approve appointments to the Trails Ad Hoc Committee <br />Planning <br />5. Second reading of Ordinance No. 1972 approving PUD-81-28-05M, allowing asix-foot <br />masonry wall along a portion of the westerly property line between Pleasanton Station <br />and Hap's Restaurant located at 30 W. Neal Street <br />6. Accept or appeal actions of the Zoning Administrator and Planning Commission <br />
