CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> COUNTY OF ALAMEDA, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-163 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION APPROVING AGREEMENT WITH STONE AND YOUNGBERG <br /> AS FINANCIAL CONSULTANTS FOR THE NORTH PLEASANTON <br /> IMPROVEMENT DISTRICT NO. 3 <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 21, 1987, Council reviewed the <br /> staff report of the City Manager (SR 87:182) regarding <br /> the proposals of the firms interested in serving as <br /> financial consultants for NPID No. 3; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The City Council approves the agreement between <br /> the City of Pleasanton and Stone and Youngberg, <br /> regarding services as financial consultants for the <br /> North Pleasanton Improvement District No. 3. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the City Manager to execute the <br /> above-described agreement. <br /> <br />Section 3: Authorizes Stone and Youngberg to also submit a bid <br /> to purchase the NPID No. 3 bonds. <br /> <br />Section 4: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KE~NkTH'R.
