CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-160 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT AND <br /> IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 5321, CALIFORNIA PLACE, <br /> KAUFMAN AND BROAD OF NORTHERN CALIFORNIA, INC. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract <br /> 5321, California Place, Kaufman and Broad of Northern <br /> California, Inc., have been submitted and checked by the <br /> Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, <br /> bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at its meeting of April 21, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map is consistent <br /> with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br />Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 5321, California Place, are hereby approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5321 with Kaufman <br /> and Broad of Northern California, Inc., a copy of which <br /> is attached hereto and incorporated herein by this <br /> reference. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> <br /> · , y C <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> D.
