CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-155 <br /> <br /> APPROVAL OF FINAL MAP, SUBDIVISION AGREEMENT AND <br /> IMPROVEMENT PLANS FOR TRACT 5508, COUNTRY ROADS <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, a final subdivision map and improvement plan for Tract <br /> 5508, Country Roads, have been submitted and checked by <br /> the Engineering staff and the necessary inspection fees, <br /> bonds and agreements received by the Director of Public <br /> Works and Utilities; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, said map and improvement plans were reviewed by the City <br /> Council at its meeting of April 21, 1987; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the City Council finds that the final map is consistent <br /> with the Pleasanton General Plan; <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS; <br /> <br /> Section 1: The final subdivision map and improvement plans for <br /> Tract 5508, Country Roads, are hereby approved and <br /> accepted and the appropriate City officers are <br /> instructed to take whatever action necessary to <br /> implement said approval. <br /> <br /> Section 2: Authorizes the appropriate City officers to execute <br /> the Subdivision Agreement for Tract 5508, Country Roads, <br /> a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated <br /> herein by this reference. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENnEtH R.
