CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-153 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION ACCEPTING A PUBLIC SERVICE EASEMENT AND <br /> GRANTING A REVOCABLE PERMIT IN OLD TOWNE (PUD-79-11) <br /> <br />WHEREAS, several landowners requested a major modification to the <br /> Old Towne development plan to vacate the open space <br /> easement between Abbie Street and Windmill Lane; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the modification was granted subject to certain <br /> conditions which include a grant of public service <br /> easement to the City and City granting a revocable <br /> permit for construction of fencing; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Council accepts the grant of public service easement <br /> over land described on the attached description. <br /> <br />Section 2: Authorizes the Mayor to execute all appropriate <br /> documents including the revocable encroachment permits <br /> to allow construction of fencing over the City public <br /> service easement as granted above. <br /> <br />Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None /~~ <br />ABSTAIN: None N/E~T <br />ATTEST: <br /> KE H R.
