CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-151 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIMS OF MELVIN NOSIER AND PEARL NOSIER <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 5, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received claims <br /> filed on behalf of Melvin Nosier and Pearl Nosier for <br /> damages incurred on May 8, 1986; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 21, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claims <br /> and determined that they should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claims of Melvin Mosier and Pearl Nosier are <br /> hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mosier <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None /~~~-d/U <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KENNETH R.
