CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-150 <br /> <br /> DENIAL OF THE CLAIM OF KEVIN SULLIVAN <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on March 19, 1987, the City of Pleasanton received a <br /> claim filed on behalf of Kevin Sullivan for injuries and <br /> damages incurred on December 19-20, 1987; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 21, 1987, the City Council reviewed the claim <br /> and determined that it should be denied; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The claim of Kevin Sullivan is hereby denied. <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 21, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None E~N/N/E/T/~ <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> H R.
