arguments, staff proposes that direct arguments be submitted by March 10, with <br />rebuttals due March 21. (Rebuttal arguments are limited to 250 words,) <br />Ballot Question <br />Staff suggests Council consider one of the following ballot questions: <br />Option 1: "Shall Ordinance 1961, conditionally approving the Oak Grove development <br />project, located in Pleasanton's Southeast Hills, be approved?" <br />Option 2: "Shall the development plan for the Oak Grove property in the City's <br />Southeast Hills that would allow 51 residential units and provide for the dedication of <br />nearly 500 acres of open space with a trail and staging area, be approved?" <br />Option 3: "Shall the ordinance that conditionally approved the Oak Grove project, a <br />residential development of 51 lots that will provide nearly 500 acres of open space, a <br />local and regional trail with a staging area, and a million dollars in traffic impact fees, be <br />approved?" <br />Option 4: "Shall the development plan for the Oak Grove property, which would <br />conditionally permit the building of 51 custom homes in the Southeast Hills and would <br />provide for the dedication of nearly 500 acres of open space, trails and a staging area, <br />and traffic fees of one million dollars, be approved?" <br />Alternatively, the Council may wish to use elements of the above ballot question options <br />to create different language for the ballot question. <br />Submitted by: Fiscal Review: Appro e <br />~/ ~~~~~ , <br />Karen Diaz ~ Michael H.
