CHRONOLOGY: HYDE PARK <br /> <br /> July 21, 1980: Dennan Construction (George Oakes) applies for <br /> PUD approval <br /> <br /> August 13, 1980: Planning Commission recommends approval of <br /> modified plans for PUD-80-7, a 35 unit townhouse project on <br /> 4.4 acres. <br /> - Property owner (Oakes) apparently promises to remove trees <br /> and replace fence along northern property line. <br /> <br /> September 26, 1980: City Council approves PUD-80-7 by Ordinance <br /> No. 940 <br /> <br /> March 11, 1981: Planning Commission approves tentative map for <br /> Tract 4821. <br /> <br /> September 8, 1981: City Council approves Final Map.(Tract 4821) <br /> and Public Improvement Plans (including park access easement <br /> improvements) with W. J. Schworer Company. <br /> <br /> 1981-83: Mr. Schworer dies and American Savings takes over Hyde <br /> Park project. <br /> <br /> December 23, 1983: American Savings draws 35 building permits 19 of which are renewals of expired permits). <br /> <br />1984-85: An entity named the Cloverleaf Group takes over the <br /> Project and contracts with Blanchard Construction Co. for <br /> actual construction. <br /> <br />January 31, 1985: First punch list from Robert Lovell, City <br /> Pubic Works Inspector, to Steve Blanchard re improvements to <br /> be completed before project can be accepted. <br /> <br />September 16, 1985~. The 1/31/85 list was resubmitted to <br /> Blanchard with handwritten annotations to reflect progress. <br /> <br />October 18, 1985: Letter from Blanchard renounces any <br /> responsibility for fence. <br /> <br />December 1985: Bob Lovell once again submits an updated punch <br /> list for Hyde Park. <br /> <br />February 20,1986: Letter from City Attorney MacDonald to Laura <br /> Whittal-Sherfee of American Savings requesting a cooperative <br /> solution to unfinished project. <br /> <br />March 4, 1986: Subsequent letter from City Attorney MacDonald to <br /> Laura Whittal-Sherfee of American Savings transmitting com- <br /> plaint of neighbor regarding construction period damage to <br /> his fence. <br /> <br /> - 1 - <br /> <br /> <br />
