The work to be performed is as follows: There will be an 8' tall <br />board-on-board redwood fence built one foot within the Hyde Park <br />project with the existing property fence line fence to remain. <br />Eighteen eucalyptus trees will be removed, but the two largest <br />will remain. A concrete drainage swale will be installed adjacent <br />to the fence to solve the drainage problem. Finally, the area <br />will be relandscaped as per plan developed by Mike Fulford of the <br />City staff (attached). <br /> <br />Staff Recommendation <br /> <br />Staff recommends that City Council approve the proposed plan for <br />the completion of public improvements on Tract 4821 and authorize <br />staff to take all further actions necessary to implement that <br />decision. <br /> <br />Peter D.
