Zoning for the property is I-G-40 (General Industrial) District. <br />Action Recommended: Approval. <br />Action Taken: Approved per staff, with the addition of a condition that the applicant <br />submit a drainage plan for the remaining portion of the site for review <br />and approval by the City Engineer prior to issuance of any permit and <br />that the drainage system be installed and finaled prior to occupancy of <br />any of the buildings. <br />Vote: 5-0. <br />PCUP-209. The <br />property is located at 30 W. Neal Street.
