A previous application fora 459-square-foot workshop <br />(PADR-1818) was withdrawn. <br />Approved. <br />PADR-1832. Rod and Nickie Woodson <br />Application for administrative design review approval: (1) to construct an approximately <br />533-square-foot second-floor loft addition within the vaulted ceiling above the living and <br />dining room; (2) to relocate an existing second-floor bedroom window on the rear <br />elevation; and (3) to construct two fireplaces with chimneys on the rear and right side of <br />the existing residence located at 3304 Medallion Court. <br />Approved. <br />Additional Project Information: <br />The existing floor area of the residence is 4,192 square feet. The 533-square-foot <br />second-floor loft addition will bring the total floor area to 4, 725 square feet. The lot <br />size is 13, 960 square feet. The existing floor area ratio is 30.1 percent, and the <br />addition will increase the floor area ratio to 33.9 percent. <br />PADR-1834, Charles Crawford Construction, for Craig Mitchell <br />Application for administrative design review approval to replace the second-story deck <br />with a sloped roof over the garage at the front of the existing residence located at <br />3207 Cheryl Circle. <br />Approved. <br />
