9. Payment for tickets and passes will be due to RTC upon pick <br /> up of unsold tickets and passes, or no later than 48 hours <br /> from date of pick up. Payment must be in the form of a <br /> company check issued by the Employer; individual checks from <br /> employees will not be accepted. <br /> <br />10. All sales are final; that is, once RTC picks up unsold items <br /> and Employer has paid for sold items, there can be no <br /> adjustment in accounting. <br /> <br />11. Employer agrees to keep records of all items received, items <br /> sold, and those returned, for each monthly sales cycle. <br /> Employer further agrees to make these records available to <br /> RTC. <br /> <br />12. Employer does not receive any commission, fee or other <br /> compensation from the RTC, transit agencies, or MTC for its <br /> involvement in this transaction. <br /> <br />13. Employer agrees to pay a 1-1/2% per month penalty on any <br /> unpaid balance if its monthly payment is late. If Employer <br /> is late in paying monthly invoice more than two times in a <br /> row or twice within six months, RTC reserves the right to <br /> refuse to continue service. <br /> <br />14. The term of this agreement shall be for successive periods <br /> of one month each from the date hereabove written subject to <br /> termination by at least thirty (30) days previous notice <br /> from either party to the other, or as otherwise provided <br /> herein. <br /> <br />15. The agreement constitutes the entire agreement between the <br /> two parties. <br /> <br /> <br />
