ATTACHMENT 1 <br />RESOLUTION NO. <br />A RESOLUTION OF THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON, <br />APPROVING CHANGES TO THE FUNCTIONAL CLASSIFICATION MAP <br />WHEREAS, the City Council, on February 24, 1975, adopted Resolution No. 75-33 <br />(Resolution Approving the Federal Aid Urban System in the City of Pleasanton and the Urban <br />Boundary in the City of Pleasanton); and <br />WHEREAS, from time to time changes are needed to the Federal Aid Roadway <br />Classification of Pleasanton roadways. <br />NOW, THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED THAT THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF <br />PLEASANTON DOES RESOLVE, DECLARE, DETERMINE AND ORDER THE FOLLOWING: <br />Section 1: This Council concurs with and approves changes to the Federal Aid Roadway <br />classification of various Pleasanton roadways in order to reflect changes in usage and <br />necessary corrections, as set forth in Exhibit "A", a copy of which is attached hereto and <br />incorporated herein by this reference. <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately upon its passage and <br />adoption. <br />Section 3: City Clerk shall certify to the passage of this resolution and enter it into the book <br />of original resolutions. <br />PASSED, APPROVED AND ADOPTED by the City Council of the City of Pleasanton at <br />a regular meeting held on February 19, 2008. <br />I, Karen Diaz, City Clerk of the City of Pleasanton, California, certify that the foregoing <br />resolution was adopted by the City Council at a regular meeting held on the 19th day of <br />February, 2008, by the following vote: <br />Ayes: <br />Noes: <br />Absent: <br />Abstain: <br />Karen Diaz, City Clerk <br />APPROVED AS TO FORM: <br />Michael H.
