CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-133 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF PUBLIC IMPROVEMENTS FOR OLD SANTA RITA <br /> ROAD FROM PRUDENTIAL INSURANCE COMPANY AND <br /> CALLAHAN-PENTZ PROPERTIES <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, the construction of the public improvements for Old <br /> Santa Rita Road, has been completed and a maintenance <br /> bond has been posted; and <br /> <br /> WHEREAS, acceptance of said public improvements has been <br /> recommended by the Director of Public Works and <br /> Utilities in his report to the City Council (SR 87:131); <br /> <br /> NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br /> Section 1: That the public improvements for Old Santa Rita Road <br /> constructed by Prudential Insurance Company and <br /> Callahan-Pentz Properties are hereby accepted. <br /> <br /> Section 2: The City Attorney's office is directed to file a <br /> Notice of Completion. <br /> <br /> Section 3: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 7, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br /> AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br /> NOES: None <br /> ABSENT: None <br /> <br /> ATTEST: <br /> KENN <br /> <br />/james R.' alker, y C er ' ~ By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> <br />
