CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-132 <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION NO. 76-79 (ESTAB- <br /> LISHING TRAFFIC REGULATIONS FOR CITY STREETS) BY <br /> AMENDING SECTION 6 TO ADD SUBSECTION 6L-2 ESTABLISHING <br /> TIME LIMIT PARKING ON LONGVIEW DRIVE <br /> <br />WHEREAS, on April 12, 1976, the City Council adopted Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing Traffic Regulations <br /> for City Streets); and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, the City Council has from time to time amended <br /> Resolution No. 76-79; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, at its meeting of April 7, 1987, the City Council <br /> received and discussed a report (SR 87:130) from the <br /> Director of Public Works and Utilities related to <br /> establishment of a time limit parking on the southerly <br /> side of Longview Drive; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it was determined to be necessary to amend Resolution <br /> No. 76-79 to ; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: Resolution No. 76-79 (A Resolution Establishing <br /> Traffic Regulations for City Streets) is hereby amended <br /> by adding subsection 61-1 to read as follows: <br /> <br /> "Longview Drive, on the southerly side of Longview Drive <br /> from Gloria Court to Foothill Road except during the <br /> hours of 7:00 a.m. and 7:00 p.m." <br /> <br />Section 2: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br /> <br />
