CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br /> <br /> ALAMEDA COUNTY, CALIFORNIA <br /> <br /> RESOLUTION NO. 87-130 <br /> <br /> ACCEPTANCE OF JOHNSON DRIVE/STONERIDGE DRIVE <br /> IMPROVEMENTS, AND APPROVAL OF FINAL PROGRESS PAYMENT <br /> TO REDGWICK CONSTRUCTION CO. <br /> <br />WHEREAS, work by Redgwick Construction Co. on the Johnson <br /> Drive/Stoneridge Drive improvements has been <br /> satisfactorily completed; and <br /> <br />WHEREAS, it is appropriate to authorize the final progress <br /> payment; <br /> <br />NOW, THEREFORE, THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF PLEASANTON <br />RESOLVES AS FOLLOWS: <br /> <br />Section 1: The work on the Johnson Drive/Stoneridge Drive <br /> improvements is hereby accepted. <br /> <br />Section 2: The Director of Finance is instructed to prepare a <br /> warrant in the amount of $890.00 in favor of Redgwick <br /> Construction Co. in satisfaction of the final progress <br /> payment for the above-accepted work. Ten percent (10%) <br /> of the total contract or $44,513.00 will be retained <br /> until thirty (30) days after filing of the Notice of <br /> Completion. <br /> <br />Section 3: The City Attorney is directed to file a Notice of <br /> Completion with the Alameda County Recorder. <br /> <br />Section 4: The City Manager is authorized to execute agreements <br /> with utility companies for conveyance of title to their <br /> respective underground facilities installed by the City <br /> contractor. <br /> <br />Section 5: This resolution shall become effective immediately <br /> upon its passage and adoption. <br /> <br />THIS RESOLUTION ADOPTED APRIL 7, 1987 BY THE FOLLOWING VOTE: <br /> <br />AYES: Councilmembers - Brandes, Butler, Mohr, Wilson and Mayor <br /> Mercer <br />NOES: None <br />ABSENT: None <br />ABSTAIN: None <br /> <br />ATTEST: <br /> KE TH R M N <br /> <br />By Doris George, Deputy City Clerk <br /> <br /> d <br /> Pe~e~ D'.
