<br />All that real property situate in the City of Pleasanton, County of Alameda,

<br />BEING a portion of that real property described as Parcel 3 in the Grant Deed
<br />recorded January 23, 1974 at Reel 3596, Image 394, Official Records of Alameda
<br />County, more particularly described as follows:

<br />COMMENCING at a point on the western line of the parcel of real property
<br />described in the Grant Deed by Loretta M. Sporarno to Victor L. Lund and
<br />Mercedes E. Lund dated August 22, 1947, recorded October 3, 1947 in Book 5270
<br />at Page 195, of Official Records of Alameda County, distant thereon
<br />S 10° 546 50" W 500.00 feet from the northern line thereof; thence from said
<br />point of commencement along the north line of the previously mentioned Reel
<br />3596, Image 394, S 66° 57' 26" E 615.62 feet to the TRUE POINT OF BEGINNING of
<br />this description; thence continuing along said north line S 66° 57' 26" E
<br />34.17 feet;'thence through a non-tangent curve concave to the east having a
<br />radial b~aring at its beginning of N 62° 03' 23" W, a radius of 542.00 feet, a
<br />central angle of 10° 31' 22", a length of 99.54 feet to the south line of the
<br />previously mentioned Reel 3596, Image 394; thence along said south line

<br />thence through a non-tangent curve concave to the east having a radial bearing
<br />at its beginning of N 74° 31' 45" W, a radius of 400.00 feet, a central angle
<br />of 15° 07' 09", a length of 105.55 feet to the true point of beginning of this
<br />description.
